Karatasi Johari - Sunlight

A model shot I took of this beaded set for if I decided to sell it. I really like the bracelet and earrings, so I'm not going to, BUT if anyone who sees this is interested in them, I have a few packs of the beads left and would be willing to make another set to put up on Etsy. The beads are rolled paper dipped in sealant, and they're really pretty and rainbow colored. I found two sources for them online, from nonprofit organizations called Outreach Uganda and Beadforlife. According to the websites:
"These organizations provide impoverished Ugandan women an opportunity to lift their families out of poverty by making beaded jewelry out of recycled paper. Many of the beaders are HIV+ mothers or war refugees, all of whom have been living in extreme poverty. 1.2 billion people around the world - one out of every five people alive - struggle to survive on less than $1 a day. After paying the beaders fair trade prices for their work, all net proceeds from the sale of the beads are invested in programs that fight extreme poverty in the areas of health, housing, sustainable livelihood, and education."

Model is Larissatsukino. The name is Swahili for "Paper Jewel" (correct me if I'm wrong).
